Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of developer.supahcomputer.com and the invite-only Console. An invitation and completed test onboarding do not grant live API access, production credentials, or a right to remain in the preview.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to act for the organization or individual project you register. A verified responsible human does not, by itself, establish the legal existence or standing of an organization.
Invitations and onboarding
You agree to use only an operator-issued invitation intended for you, provide accurate organization and application information, accept the displayed Developer Terms and Privacy notice versions, and request only claims your product has a legitimate reason to use. Supah may revoke admission or ask for more information. Onboarding does not guarantee live or production access.
Preview availability
Preview access is invitation-only, may change or end, and does not include production access or service-level commitments unless Supah approves them separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not probe, overload, evade rate limits, replay or transfer invitations, submit unlawful or deceptive information, impersonate another organization, or use the site to collect or transmit secrets, identity evidence, or harmful code.
Intellectual property and feedback
Supah retains its rights in the site, documentation, marks, and platform. You retain your rights in submitted business information. If you provide product feedback, Supah may use it without an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and preview materials are provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Supah disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public preview surface.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
